Michal worked as a consultant for tourism industry in the international network of consulting companies Horwath HTL - Hospitality Consulting Group with market coverage of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
His hotel career began during his high school studies at the hotel Inter.Continental Prague and he subsequently successfully graduated at the University of Economics in Prague specialization business economics and tourism industry.
During his career he gained experience in the field of sales & marketing, hotel operations, franchise services and consulting, all focused on hotel industry and tourism. He held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at hotel Voroněž, the largest four-star hotel complex in Brno. He worked for international hotel chains such as Vienna International, Mamaison Hotels & Residences and Czech chain Orea Hotels.
Michal worked on various projects, different types of feasibility studies, hotel valuations, analysis of hotel markets, hotel expansions, around CEE region in Prague, Karlovy Vary, Bratislava, Kosice, Galanta, in the High Tatras, in Moscow, Budapest, Ukraine and others.
